Updated MPC Goliath Cannon

Hello Everyone,
Now is your chance to say what you want to say.
I have finally fixed the bug with the cross hairs. If you have ever been killed while zoomed in, then you know what I am talking about. If you still don't have a clue, If you get killed while zoomed in, then when you respawn, your cross hairs are gone. With that said, I am still trying to reproduce the zoom not working with the latest AntiTCC mutator. WHile I am at it, I decided that maybe the BOOMSTICK needs a new look. Below you will find the original and two quick mockups. Yes, It is nothing fancy. If you want a go at it, I'll be glad to send you some psd files. Also, the really bright orange light is animated, the images here are not. Let me know what you think.

The new Goliath Cannon is now loaded. Here is what was changed:
- Fixed the stupid missing cross hair bug.
- Added the ability to modify config settings via WebAdmin
- Lower the FireRate from 4.0 to 3.5 (this can be changed via WebAdmin)
- Modify the cross hair texture
- Hopefully, fixed the zoom bug with the latest AntiTCC.

Ok. It works with the latest AntiTCC and the cross hairs never get disabled. The problem with the original is that it disabled the cross hairs and placed up a custom crosshair when you zoomed in and when you got killed, the game would never re-enable them until you grabbed the Goliath Cannon again. There should not be any issues, but I went ahead and left it at beta status. If the fire rate is too fast, that can be adjusted. Have Fun.
