That could go both way's ,lt sounds like the power suply is starting to go but it could also be the mother board too. If you got an old power supply, (that you know is still good) layin around try firing up your rig with it. if you have the same problem ya know its the motherboard.

Hehe, yea i know it's old but UT2007 hasn't really been featured on very many covers and that was one of the better looking ones
